Coaching appointments, counselling sessions or conversations can be changed, rescheduled or cancelled up until 7 days before the agreed time. Changes made any later are invoiced directly or deducted from vouchers.
Payment for coaching course vouchers is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. A voucher will remain valid for 12 months. Vouchers that remain unused after 12 months will automatically expire without any form of compensation or refund to the costumer.
The outplacement process is invoiced immediately upon conclusion of the contract and will remain valid until the earlier of (a) the end of the agreed period, or (b) the end of the outplacement process, whichever comes first. If the outplacement process is finalised before the end of an agreed period, no form of compensation or refund is offered to the costumer.
For preparation prior to coaching sessions, organisational development, strategy development etc., invoicing will be agreed between the parties.
